Title:   Black Glaze Bowl with Lid

Description:   Mended from five fragments complete; lid missing. Spreading ring foot on short fat stem. Steep wall, slightly flaring lip, flat on top, set off from body by incised groove. Flange to hold lid. Reserved: bottom of underside resting surface and outside of foot, incised grooves at bottom and top of body, top of flange. Added red: stem of foot, outer face of flange. Black glaze slightly misfired within and underside of foot.
