Title:   Bowl Fragments: Eastern Sigillata B1

Description:   Rim (two scraps), probably joining a triangular piece of wall and flange.
Round-bodied form, with overhanging near-vertical rim, concave between hooked lip and large flange below. Fine grooves mark off inner angles and lip. Faint rouletting(?) on overhanging lip, faint groove near top of bowl on exterior.
Ware as for P 35017. Red clay, fine vermillion-red gloss.
Atlante II, form 26 or related; missing foot possibly of pedestal type.

Context:   Early Roman fill, strosis 1 to bedrock.
