Similar brownish-black used for horizontal lines above and below scene. Yellow-brown matte paint for outlines and details of figures; purple for youth's drapery, green(?) for acanthus on stele, (or purple?). At right, a nude youth, brown-haired, sits on the steps of a stele which he faces. His left hand raised behind him holds a spear. His right is stretched toward the stele. His right knee is raised. His left leg is stretched out. He sits on a purple cloak. Behind him part of the stele is preserved, with broad acanthus leaf top. The steps of the stele are but vaguely made out. Opposite him and facing him stands a draped figure, female(?). The outline of her slightly bent right leg and some of the lines of her lower drapery are clear. One hand, open, reaches out toward the stele.
