Title:   Pyxis with Lid
Category:   Pottery
Description:   Mended from many fragments; complete, save for part of base and side, and nearly half of lid; restored in plaster.
Pyxis: low ring base, unpainted. Quadruple zigzag band and row of dots around striped body.
Lid: conical handle. Glazed all over, save for reserved stripes around edge and around handle.
Pinkish-buff clay, showing signs of having been burned after breaking. Black lustrous glaze, much worn.
Context:   Geometric burial.
