Description:   The same shape as P 6297 ff., but smaller and better made. Handles restored. An incised miltos groove below handle zone. In handle zone, front and back, winding leaf and berry pattern, the main stem and berries in white, the leaf stems incised, the leaves in thin clay paint.
Somewhat metallic black glaze.
ADDENDA P 6297: Moulded ring foot, flaring. High narrow convex-concave body. Two vertical strap handles with leaf thumb-rests.
Context:   Cistern. Lower, Hellenistic fill.
