Title:   Black Figure Oinochoe Fragments

Description:   Two non-joining fragments from the same panel of a round-bodied closed pot.
a) The upper body of a maenad, left. In front of her, a bit of another figure and a garland. The panel is framed by a single band of glaze.
b) Preserves the lower parts of the same figures, and of the garland. The maenad at right wears a leopard skin; she at the left, a fringed garment.
Incision for all interior details including the leopard's spots; purple for undergarment of right-hand figure, for hair(?) and for border of skirt of left-hand figure; also for a narrow band below the panel, and for spots on skirt. White for arms and feet.
Context:   Well.
