Description: | Parts of both cup handles missing, also small fragments from walls and chip from base. Restored in plaster. Similar to P 7686, but bigger and deeper; and of finer fabric. Ordinary moulded conical foot; medium high walls with plain flaring lip. At center of floor, four palmettes surrounded by rouletting. Reserved line around foot and on resting surface. Velvety black glaze ADDENDA P 7686: Shallow body; low walls; plain flaring lip. Conical foot, triple grooved. | |
