Description:   Handle from large vase. Ears, chips from eye, nose and neck, missing; preserved to junction with vase, which shows traces of black glaze inside.
Handle covered with slip, thick cream, on which may be traced the remains of a painted feather pattern, on neck only. Gaping jaws; traces of black glaze on tongue.
Pink clay.
