Description:   A very flat Late Roman C dish with stamped palmettes inside a plain groove. Plain rim; indication of ring foot.
Brownish clay, glaze peeled.
ADDENDA: Large joining fragments comprising half of the rim, added Dec. 1963. Found in ΚΚ box 327 (a Herulian group). I consider it almost certain that the piece has strayed from ΚΚ box 331 (= the same deposit as the other fragments) JWH.
