Category:   Sculpture
Description:   Head, right arm, and left leg at knee, broken off. Right leg broken at thigh, and above hip, in back. Left arm missing from its socket; head attached with dowel. The figure stands with the weight on right foot; the left leg thrust slightly forward. Clad in a chiton, girt up over knees, and with buttons down the arms, over this a deer skin, tied over the left shoulder by two of its legs, the rest tightly bound about the body by a cord, with the tail hanging down in front. Over the left arm is a heavy cloak, the right arm probably hang down.
The differentiation between the finishes of flesh, hide, and chiton is good. The hide still has traces of its red color.
