Description: | In shape resembles the slim Knidian type; part of rim preserved bent outward and rolled. Whole handle crossed by a series of fine cracks. Fairly fine red clay with greyish ring round core; thick crteam slip with red stain below rim. Circular impression incomplete on one side. Apparently from a much worn or dirty die; almost nothing discernible. Cf. SS 1310. | |
