Description: | First interpretation: standing figure. Head, shoulders, front of torso, much of back and lower left leg missing. One small piece of back does not join. End of phallus missing. The weight on the right leg; the left knee bent and the leg somewhat raised (perhaps resting on a support ?); the right arm appears to have been raised. A large phallus-shaped projection may have been a lamp. Careful modelling. No color. Fragmentary. Red clay. Cf. L 2396 and L 3277. ADDENDA: More fragments including left foot, found in going through sherds. | |
