Title:   Relief Plaque Fragments

Description:   A small pilaster in relief (section number Ω 490).
The original left side preserved, broken elsewhere.
Background painted blue, pilaster red.
ADDENDA: C. Grandjouan: Fragment a) (section number Ω 1462) lower left corner of plaque with bottom of chair leg and leg of deer.
Fragment with section number Ω 490 is joined with fragment a) with section number Ω 1462.
Fragment b) (section number Ω 1464) small part of left edge of plaque preserved, otherwise broken all around.
Seated goddess facing right with arms out-stretched. Goddess wears Ionic peplos, himation and a polos, the hair falling free behind.
Traces of blue color in background; white, red and yellow on figure.
Dark buff clay.
Artemis holding out fillets, with deer by chair.
