Description: | Chips missing; something broken from the top; bottom edge worn, perhaps original. Two zones of stubby grooved leaves at the bottom, volutes beneath the abacus at the corners, and a rosette on a twisted stem at each side. Elaborately modelled. The capital is hollow but the top solid, save for a hole at the center. Considerable remains of white, with traces of red over. Light red to gray clay. | |
