Title:   Dove Figurine
Category:   Terracotta
Description:   Front of head, tip of tail and parts of feet missing. Neck is held in a vertical position and the head faces front.
Wings are not articulated except for a bulge on either side of the body. The tail is pinched at the base making it rather high, then flattened at the end.
The figurine is solid and rather crudely fashioned. Handmade.
Much of the figurine is covered with white paint and traces of red paint are preserved over the white.
Orange-buff clay.
