Description:   Top slope of the context is slight down to the N. The soil color is light reddish brown. The soil compaction is loose. The soil is poorly sorted. It is coarse sand.
Notes:   The context is same as context 3 above; cut by pipeline 2. This is essentially a second pass of the same general fill. The roots of the trees in the trench, one inside the trench, and one just to its south, have very thick roots. The pickmen have been forced to have a small baulk of earth around the base of each tree and the largest of the roots. This fill included a few small boulders.
Ca. 4.50 m. N. of SW corner come on line of stones, averaging 0.10-0.30 m. in size, irregular, possibly forming one east-west wall and another line running north-south. Zone of stones ca. 1.40 m. wide. Area to west, measuring 1.25 m. E-W is harder and cleaner. For present harder soil continues south along west scarp, but stones do not continue. Earth north of stones and in some areas to east is softer. Use this same context to clean stones. Ultimately isolate a north-south wall (structure 6). Unclear as yet its relation to other stones.
