Notes: | April 20 (p. 29-30) At ΠΣΤ/100 I removed a square stone construction first discovered in fill #4 of April 18 at +86.159. This construction of five stones, 1 course deep, measured 0.50 m on the north side, 0.40 m on the east, 0.55 m on the south, and 0.50 m on the west. Finds underneath were placed in a separate basket, unnumbered pending investigation of the contents, since excavation had already progressed to a considerable depth around it. The contents, including a Turkish pipe bowl, were all discarded later. | |
