April 26 (p. 46-47)
In area ΟΘ-ΟΣΤ we continued with Basket #8 of April 25. [Finds stamp.]
In this fill we found 2 coins. 2 walls also appeared in this fill: Wall #15 at ΟΖ-ΟΗ/97-96 running N-S, and Wall #16 at ΟΣΤ-Π/96, north of the removed section of Wall #4, running E-W. Wall #16 has a layer of mortar exposed; It cuts through Wall #15 at a right angle but is itself cut through by Wall #13.
Area ΟΖ-ΟΘ/99-96, enclosed by Wall #13 and Wall #15 will be called Room #7. In the southern part of this area at ΟΖ-ΟΘ/99-98 we struck a small strosis at +85.624 which appears to have a bathros [sic] underneath. To the north at ΟΖ-ΟΘ/98-96 we struck an irregular surface covered with ash, whose highest point was at +85.844.
