Stratum:   fill N of wall 215; light greyish-brown, compacted, and hard soil with 60% inclusions; tiles were concentrated (20% inclusion) towards the E edge of the trench
Notes:   Basket 9 is the removal of soil in the SW sector of the excavated area. This soil seems to be the same as that removed with Basket 8. We have changed baskets due to a soil change in the northern section of the trench, where the soil is finer. We found bone and several pieces of glass.
