Stratum: | House L, south east and west walls
Notes: | We have been chasing walls all afternoon and the result is as follows. The hearth appears to be near the center of a megaron-like house. The south end of this is preserved with two antae and a cross-wall. Also, the east wall and part of the west wall are cleared. We are still looking for the north wall. The walls are ca. 0.48 wide and their top ca. 0.20-0.30 below ground. In clearing these walls we found a good many potsherds, chiefly Mycenaean but of a rather poor and late type. The floor of the house is ca. 0.35 deep. This is a late Mycenaean house (LM III).
