Stratum:   large tile fragments, large chunks of small pebble mosaic, in dark reddish-brown soil, part of the makeup of the foundation for wall 245.
Notes:   B39 is the post-cleaning removal of the foundation for wall 245. several fragments of pebble mosaic are reused in the foundation course. The soil is loose dark reddish grown and full of stones, cobbles and tiles, as well as other rubbish. Between the stones, the soil is blacker and darker, beneath the foundation, it's more reddish, similar to the soil in RTXX (see baskets 35, 36).
