| Notes: | B108 is the continuation fo the fill fo Well 2002-2. This basket was begun after an arbitrary change after 45cm. It is difficult to change at exactly 50cm due to the amount of cultural material and cobbles being removed. We are wet sieving 30% and dry sieving 70% of the soil. The soil continues to be predominantly composed of clay with a failry equal mix of silt and sand. It is reddish brown and has 10-15% cobbles that are angular and subrounded. Although it may pick outi n clumps, it is farily loose soil and the clumps fall apart easily, probably due to the increased amount of silt. Three zembils of rooftiles were collected from this basket. The basket was changed arbitrarily after 50cm. An interesting find from this basket is a 1/2 of a reclining nude figurine. | |
