Stratum:   Fill N of Wall 291 - Medium reddish brown sandy silt weakly cemented with 5 % small-medium pebbles
Notes:   This soil is a medium reddish brown weakly cemented sandy silt with 5 % small to medium pebbles. There are a few small plaster pieces, especially just N of wall 291. After more digging, a good number of medium and large plaster fragments surfaced close to the N edge of the stones in wall 291.
The soil in the NE corner of the trench is the same as B24, so we are digging also that corner. A large stone surfaced N of previous stones, roughly along 414 E line (wall 290).
Coin 1: 414.52 E, 974.40 N, 91.73 H
There was some additional cleaning to define the stones as wall 291 or not. Results into this basket. Digging continues next day.
The soil was the same under B19, so B24 was continued there.
Basket stopped arbitrarily for photos.
