Stratum:   patch (hole?) of fill - Loose reddish brown sandy silt
Notes:   We dug away the patch which turned out to be a shallow round hole measuring 0.65x0.65 cm. It yielded small amount of pottery (10 frgts) plus 1 frgt of glass (a handle) and 1 envelope of plaster. It was not a stone bed and it is off center from the line of blocks going N-S (wall 290).
