Notes:   This basket is a shallow pass over the area Sof the millstone and E of the diamond pool in order to bring this part of the grid to the same level as the contiguous area to the S, and find any possible changes beneath. Note: After cleaning the center hole of the millstone it was observed that the hole did not penetrate all the way through the block. It is most likely a part of a column, either the base or a drum, which features a square shaped embolion. For the most part the soil is a sandy silt that is weakly cemented. Towards the center of the grid and to the S of the column there is an increased concentration of small sized pebbles (20%) and the soil is more compacted. The color remains brown for the entire area without any distinguishable changes. To the SE of the column a larger concentration of large sized cobbles has appeared. Between the column and the diamond tile pool more boulders appear that seem to be in the same N to S axis with the gutter that exists further S and to the E of the well.
While continuing the pass in a northward direction a patch of material that is whiter than the surrounding soil was discovered. The patch is located to the E of the diamond-tile pool, to the W of the column, and to NW newly discovered boulder formation, possible extension of the gutter to the S.
After the rain let up, a thin skin of the darker brown soil was removed from the whole area, revealing a lighter and more campact soil in the center and darker reddish soil in the area that runs for about a meter to eastward from the 420 E scarp.
