Stratum:   Possible fill-Roof tile inclusions
Notes:   Dark reddish brown sandy silt with rare pebbles but large inclusins of roof tile. B28 is the removal of the stone and roof tile just E of the stone configuration (drain?) E of the diamond tile pool. The roof tiles appear to be superficial and it is thought that the layer sits on top of the rddish crust that covers much of the area around the column. Removal of the soil uncovered an antifix, which was left in place as it seems to dip into a lower stratum.
