Notes:   Matrix is sandy silt, loose rusty brown with rare pebbles. The deposit to be removed as B40 runs to the E of Well 2005-1 and to the W of the water channel. The basket has the same contents as the south end of B38 which was over the top of B40. It is procing significant amounts of wall plaster, the majority of which are black painted. It could be a fill deposit.
