| Notes: | The lintel that divides the cistern into the East and West section s is fractured in the middle. The S end is suppoerted by a stone pillar and the N end is sitting on the N wall of the cistern, as well as being built into W 265. B 75 is the extraction of the soil directly under the fracture in order to place stacked stones as a make shift supporting wall for the lintel. No attempt is being made to dig B 75 stratigraphically, though it is likely that extensions of B 73, 72, 69, 67, 65 are all represented. The entire amount of soil extracted has been saved for water sieving. | |
