Notes:   The matrix of this basket is medium brown sandy silt, compact, with 2-5% pebbles and 2% medium cobble inclusions. B36 is a cleaning basket on a part of the W side of W294 that had been left unexcavated because it was thought that the mixed roof tile fragments with the cobbles were actually part of the construction of the wall. After picking at it, it was determined that this was left over fill from NB 976 B , until NB 983 B35.
