Stratum:   Soft fill in the center of area between B2 and NB977 B98. Medium reddish brown sandy clay. 15% pebbles, 25% cobbles, extremely loose.
Notes:   B3 is an area of red, very soft soil which sits half under the area of B2 and NB977 B98. The patch is in the shape of a narrow rectangle that appears to sit above the surrounding strata. The soil is extremely loose and mottled with pieces of mudbrick. A large piece of marble cobble has also come out of this area. Found bronze. See top plan pg. 14.
