This martyr was left because the excavators thought that this martyr was a mix of fill from their baskets 9, 11, and 13; howecer, removal of this martyr has shown that any mix in this fill was removed during the excavation of the pit west of the diamond tile pool (NB 986 B 30). This basket revealed very little pottery and no other finds. Now that we know this area south of the pit is a single layer, we can excavate it as one unit. | Context Pottery: | | Fineware. saucer rim 1; Fineware. stemmed dish rim 1 as Agora 12 #968 | Pottery Summary: | | 3 frag(s) 0.05 kg.
