Stratum:   Very fine silt, with almost no inclusions. 8% stone: 5% medium pebbles, 3% small pebbles. No larger inclusions, but large amount of very small snail shells.
Description:   The soil color is dark greyish black. The soil compaction is very soft. The soil is well sorted. It is silt.
Notes:   -146 is much siltier and looser with much fewer inclusions than 145.
-Excavation of top layer inside silo (structure 147). Earth is very fine and silty, with few inclusions and no larger inclusions (>5cm). Earth is less reddish and compact than contexts above/surrounding silo. Lots of very small snail shells within matrix.
-Almost no bone and pottery collected; this layer possibly consists of loose debris that fell into the silo after it went out of use.
-After short amount of time, we came down upon a different fill layer, more compact and clayey. This will be excavated as a separate context.
