Description: | The soil color is light brownish red. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy clay.
Notes: | This was a rubble concentration/fill layer that was partially pedestaled in previous work. It was taken out as a single deposit and the partially reconstructed stew pot embedded was recovered. Pottery analysis shows this was a mixed context and that parts of the stew pot were found in other contexts further to the east. This feature rests atop Structure fill 171 which is one of the main surface features within the Northwest Courtyard.
