Description: | The soil color is dark reddish black. The soil compaction is hard. The soil is moderately sorted. It is silty clay.
Notes: | -77 is stonier, with more tiles than 63; 77 is similar in consistency with 70. -Context opened in area around structure 64 to clarify nature of stones situated around the structure and see if the structure estends to wall 50. -During the course of excavation, the large stones extending from 64 to wall 50 were removed, as they seem to just be tumble, bearing no relationship to structure 64. -Addistionally, the smaller stones to the S. of 64 were removed, as they do not appear to be a structure. -Below 77, the earth is more uniform than the stone and tile patch to the SE, now exposed throughout most of the S. section of the trench. However it is still rather soft and does not appear to be a floor surface. -Level below 77 at a lower elevation than floor surface exposed in context 63. Floor surface may therefore not be preserved in this context. Finds: bone, pietra ollare NA-152: Pietra Ollare (Photo: digital_2017_0241)
