Description:   Top slope of the context is slight down to the E. The soil color is dark yellowish red. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is poorly sorted. It is silty clay.
Notes:   393 is a dark yellowish red layer over hoeizontally oriented tiles revealed in part by 2007 excav. The dark yellowish red firm soil is silty clay with angular, ceramics, and bone. Beneath this layer is revealed a very distinct soil change at 267.01E. E of this line the soil is very red, west it is dark brown. The tiles overlay both horizontally and also extend into the robbing trench to the S, where they appear to go beneath the layer beneath the white clay.
