Notes:   We are excavating an ashy area that is cut by Bothros 7 on the area's E end. We suspect it may be a pit. It stands out clearly from the surrounding area due to the presence of ash on the surface. We are sieving 100% of which 80% dry and 20% water.
The ash appears to be limited to the surface only.
We have discovered that there is no pit. Ashes were present on the surface only. The surface surrounding this area is at a level where we can leave it. We have excavated everything that we can identify on this surface, in the W half of Room F.
