Stratum:   Orange colored soft sandy silt.
Description:   Top slope of the context is slight down to the S. Bottom slope of the context is slight down to the SThe soil color is dark yellowish red. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is moderately sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   After realizing that this reddish soil cuts the black ashy soil below, we excavated the red soil off the top of the ashy soil in this basket.
This soil runs up against the crosswall.
It seems clear from here that the ashy soil runs under this soil and continues W (B 5073) where there was none of this soil on top.
This soil is softer than the ashy soil (B 5073).
Now it appears that the ashy soil also runs under the surface of the room to the N.
NOTE: This context was not excavated in correct stratographic sequence.
