Bottom slope of the context is level down to the The soil color is light reddish brown. The soil compaction is loose. The soil is moderately sorted. It is sandy silt. | Notes: | | B5106 appears to be the foundation trench on the E side of wall 22 (NB228). After excavating it in the S end it became too constricted for the pickman to work so we had to stop. A martyr was left between the S end of B5106 and the W end of B5105 in order to make sure there is no contamination of the two deposits. The bottom of the foundation trench hasn’t been reached so it will probably have to be dug again after some of the soil to its E is removed. | Context Pottery: | | Coarseware.
