Description: | Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark reddish brown. The soil compaction is hard. The soil is poorly sorted. It is clayey silt.
Notes: | We excavated this area in order to try to find associated floor levels w/ the N-S wall and to search for other features and installations that might relate to the pit/structure 5204/5239 in the North. Despite the whitish clay crust on top of 5251, this layer turned out to be mixed debris possibly intended as sub-floor fill to level this area for clay floor 5202. After excavating 5251, it did not reveal a floor level that interacted with the walls nor did reveal features relevant to the pit/structure 5204/5239.
