Description:   Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark yellowish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   This floor level joins threshold 5648 and is probably contemporary. Under this floor was revealed a hard red layer of soil with lots of charcoal, cut by a white pit fill, both of which go uner wall 5552. We will next take a pass to the immediate east to bring that area down to the same level.
