Description:   The soil color is light pinkish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   Deposit 5672 is a silty patch north of wall 5508 that is obscuring the floor level beneath. It revealed a continuation of the tile and pebble floor visible on the east and west sides. There is a circular patch of missing tiling just north of the wall that may represent a small pit. It appears that the "pit" was specifically defined by a circle of tiles and cobbles, and not just a removal of existing tiles.
