| Notes: | We are taking a second cleaning pass in some areas of the room to try to expose the rest of the tile layer partially revealed by cleaning basket 5666. This cleaning layer revealed more of the tiley layer 5688. The dirt and tile near wall 5552 was very loose and came up in sweeping. This may have been part of layer 5688 (to be excavated next), but we don't know why it was so loose. Under 5688, in the area revealed by this cleaning basket (5681) we can see a second, different tiley layer runs under wall 5552. | |
