Stratum:   Inclusions: 5% small and medium subrounded pebbles. 6091 is softer and darker than 6028.
Description:   Top slope of the context is slight down to the NE. The soil color is dark reddish brown. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is well sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   We found a cut for this context under floor 6028 that shows the cut of a pit 6010 continuing to the NE to wall 10086. This fill is the same mix of stone, soil potter tile and bone as 6010 and underneath the context we exposed more of drain 602 curving NE under wall 10083. The large flat slabs the compose the drain were probably robbed from the Roman road to the east. After exposing this featue and removing all of the pit fill, we closed the context.
We found a tessera in the fill as well as some large pieces of tile.
