Stratum:   5% angular tabular pebbles, fine and medium.
Description:   The soil color is light yellowish black. The soil compaction is stongly cemented. The soil is moderately sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   Context 7042 was abuilt concrete floor in the central part of the 'Pithos' room of Room F E-half. The floor was mainly to the West and South of Bothros 4. The purpose of this context was to remove the floor and to expose the surface immediately beneath it. The floor had been uncovered in the 1961 excavations, and it was cleaned in 2007. With the concret some small angluar pebbles and a sandy silt soil were also uncovered. This context yielded very few pottery fragments.
