The soil compaction is soft. The soil is well sorted. It is sandy silt. | | Notes: | | This is a foundation trench fill north of walls 5741 and 7038. It fills cut 7053 and is fairly soft, with ca. 20% inclusions. It is ca. 25-30 cm. N-S and appears to abut another foundation trench for wall 7039 on the northern edge of the westernmost section. North of this narrow trench are several compacted surfaces, which cannot be removed until the foundation trench is removed.
