Description:   Top slope of the context is even. The soil color is light yellowish brown. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy clay.
Notes:   A coin was found a 1.20m (el. 80.28) on the south side of the well. This context was noticebaly looser and lighter in color than context 47. Therefore despite arbitrarily changing contexts at the end of 47, we perhaps made a real stratigraphic change at the end of 47. We found an irregular chunk of white marble within the fill. The soil is laso more clayey with with clayish pieces (cc. 5cm) that can be broken with your hands. A large piece of metal slag was found. Another foothold was found on the south side. We stopped this context arbitrarily after ca. 25 cm had been excavated.
