Stratum:   10-15% chunks of yellow compact clay, 5-10% cobble-sized bedrock pieces, a few small rounded stones and some bits of carbon
Description:   Top slope of the context is even. The soil color is light yellowish brown. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy clay.
Notes:   This context is slightly looser and sandier than 51 and therefore we changed context. There is much less carbon in this soil than in the above contexts and more pottery concentrated on the west side. There is an 8th handhold on the east side. We changed the context arbitrarily to 53.
