Notes:   This is the surface into which the cut for the FT of wall 38 as found- on its west side. On its north side the cut for the construction of the E-W wall of shop VI was found. This surface is firmly compacted soil but had large cobble embedded in it which was removed with 46. this is likely a preexisting surface perhaps packed down in a preconstruction phase, and is therefore a construction floor or another surface.
