Description: | Structure materials: lime cement. Material size: uniform, fine sized grains in the plaster. Material bonding: lime cement.
Notes: | This lime cement floor may represent the original floor level of the church, prior to the later remodelings and general raising of the floor level. It was cut by Grave 2016-08 (Cut 1009). It may extend in the SE corner of the church as well, but at present only the extent along a portion of Wall 929 is known. Later note: The excavation of context 1033 exposed patches of lime plaster that likely belonged to the same lime concrete subfloor. However, these patches are much smaller and less well preserved than that exhibited in this context.
