Description:   The southern half of a Roman market square surrounded by a colonnade was excavated on the North side of Temple Hill. Parts of the marble paving of the square and the gutter surrounding it were preserved. A row of 13 shops open onto the colonnade on the south side and remains of shops were also found along the west side. The colonnade was floored with a mosaic of geometric designs.
